Dunbar Services have heights certified, trained and competent roof cleaning teams available to periodically remove and inspect your storm water drainage system from roof gutter cleaning to down pipes and beyond. Whether it is a standard house roof to a multi storey building we have the expertise to get the job done safely and effectively.
Our teams can:

- Remove all debris from roof and box gutters
- Provide photographic evidence of current condition

Spoondrains & Sumps
Dunbar Services lift and remove debris from spoon drains to ensure uninterrupted flow to the storm water drain.
We then lift the storm water grids, grease the hinges and ensure the drainage system is operating effectively. Where necessary we break the soak wells base crust to facilitate water dissipation.
As required Dunbar take soil and water samples for analysis to meet regulatory authority requirements.
